Terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases from ScandiNaturePass, operated by Näshultakök, Ollonborrstigen 7, SE971124765101. Contact: (contact email).

What you buy

Online courses with short lessons and quizzes. Access is delivered immediately by email and on the website once payment is confirmed. Courses are made up of required and optional modules; the price is the same however many optional modules you take.

Certificates

When you pass every required module you receive a certificate of completion in the name you entered when buying. Please enter your name correctly. The certificate shows that you completed the course; it is not an official qualification, licence or permit, and it does not give you any legal rights to enter or use land.

Information only

The courses summarise public rules and good practice for visitors. Rules change and differ locally, so they are no substitute for official sources or legal advice. Always check current local regulations, fire bans, road conditions and safety guidance before your trip. We make no guarantee that the content is complete or current at every moment.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and include any applicable VAT unless it says otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is delivered immediately, you lose this right once delivery has begun if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout we ask you to confirm this. If you do not want immediate access, please do not complete the purchase.

If something is wrong

If you cannot access your course or the content is materially defective, contact (contact email) and we will fix it or refund you. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

Liability

We are liable under mandatory law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect loss or for losses arising from reliance on the course content instead of official rules and your own judgement outdoors.

Personal data

See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.

Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Consumers in Sweden may bring disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).
